We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to contact prospective students and provide information about our courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.

Responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential students through phone calls to provide information about courses offered.
2. Answering inquiries from prospective students regarding admissions, fees, and course details.
3. Following up with leads to encourage enrollment in the institution.
4. Maintaining accurate records of all communications with students.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
2. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
5. Knowledge of educational programs and institutions is a plus.

Education Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s Degree
